Bay Wellness immersive retreats are multi-day residential and weekend experiences designed to create space for deeper rest, nourishment and reset. Held in carefully chosen coastal settings, these retreats allow time to step away from everyday life and settle into a slower, more restorative rhythm.

Days are gently structured, balancing guided practices, therapeutic treatments and shared meals with time to rest, reflect and integrate. The focus is not on constant activity, but on creating enough space for the body and nervous system to respond, recover and recalibrate.

Care and guidance are woven throughout each retreat in a way that feels grounded, practical and accessible, with approaches designed to be useful well beyond the retreat itself.

The Seasonal Collection

The Seasonal Collective is a series of four immersive retreats held across the year, each shaped around the specific needs of the body and mind at that point in the seasonal cycle. Hosted in coastal locations, the retreats share a common philosophy while differing meaningfully in focus, practices, food and pace.

Each retreat is a stand-alone experience. Guests may attend a single retreat, or return across the seasons to support wellbeing in a way that feels cyclical, responsive and realistic.

The Unfurl – Spring Retreat

Revive and Thrive

Unfurl is a spring retreat focused on gentle reawakening after winter. The emphasis is on circulation, movement, alignment and breath, supporting the body to open and activate without pressure.

Throughout the retreat, practices include guided movement and stretch sessions, breathwork, postural realignment, naturopathic guidance and optional cold water immersion. Food and drinks are chosen to support cleansing and digestion, with workshops exploring greens, juicing and simple spring tonics.

Unfurl is designed to help guests feel clearer, lighter and more mobile, with practical tools to support energy and renewal as the season changes.

The Bloom – Summer Retreat

Flourish and Flow

Bloom is a summer retreat centred on vitality, hydration, skin health and connection to nature. The focus is on supporting energy and enjoyment while maintaining balance and recovery.

Time outdoors plays a larger role, with coastal movement, paddleboarding, foraging sessions and beach-based meditation. Workshops explore summer nutrition, hydration, cooling foods and skin support, alongside restorative treatments and lymphatic movement.

Bloom is designed to feel expansive but steady — supporting the body to enjoy the fullness of summer without depletion.

The Gather – Autumn Retreat

Nourish and Nurture

Gather is an autumn retreat designed to support slowing down, grounding and nourishment as the year begins to turn inward. The focus shifts toward digestion, immunity, warmth and consolidation.

Practices include grounding movement, guided meditation, Qi Gong, sound baths and naturopathic workshops focused on immunity and prevention. Kitchen-based herbal sessions explore tinctures and everyday remedies, with food chosen to feel warming, steady and supportive.

Gather offers space to reflect, restore balance and prepare the body for the colder months ahead.

The Recharge – Winter Retreat

Reset and Renew

Recharge is a winter retreat centred on deep rest, warmth and restoration. Held at the slowest pace of the year, this retreat supports nervous system regulation, replenishment and resilience.

The emphasis is on indoor practices, restorative movement, breathwork, sauna rituals, essential oils and warming nourishment. Workshops explore winter health support, including circulation, immunity, body brushing and seasonal routines, alongside extended periods of rest.

Recharge is restorative rather than energising — offering a practical winter reset and space to rebuild reserves before returning to everyday life.
