Private Meditation Tuition
Private sessions are ideal if you’re starting out and would like one-to-one guidance, or if you have specific goals such as improving sleep, managing stress, or building a practice you can sustain at home.
Private tuition allows time to explore what works best for you, ask questions, and create a simple approach that fits into real life. You’ll be guided through techniques you can return to between sessions, helping meditation feel more natural and easier to maintain.
