Meditation is available as private tuition or small group classes. Whether you’re new to meditation, returning after time away, or looking to deepen your practice, each session is guided with care and shaped around what you need.

Group Meditation Classes

Group classes are small and follow a gentle structure. They are easy to follow and give you space to slow down and settle, whilst teaching you practical skills for daily life. Sessions may include guided meditation, breathwork, and body awareness, all at a calm pace with clear guidance.

Group classes are suitable for beginners and those with existing experience, and are designed to feel supportive, consistent and realistic.

Private Meditation Tuition

Private sessions are ideal if you’re starting out and would like one-to-one guidance, or if you have specific goals such as improving sleep, managing stress, or building a practice you can sustain at home.

Private tuition allows time to explore what works best for you, ask questions, and create a simple approach that fits into real life. You’ll be guided through techniques you can return to between sessions, helping meditation feel more natural and easier to maintain.
