General Health Testing

At Bay Wellness, General Health Testing is offered as a supportive tool to help build a clearer picture of health where appropriate. Testing is never used in isolation or as a starting point, but as part of a wider, considered approach to care.
Results are always discussed in the context of how you feel day to day, your health history and your individual circumstances. The aim is to help you provide clarity and understanding.

How Testing Fits Into Your Care

Health testing may be suggested during a naturopathy consultation, but it is never required. If testing is recommended, time is taken to explain why it may be helpful and how the results will be used.
Once results are available, they are reviewed carefully and explained clearly. Practical next steps are discussed in a way that feels manageable and relevant to everyday life.

Why We Use Health Testing

Sometimes symptoms persist, repeat, or feel difficult to fully understand through discussion alone. In these cases, targeted health testing can provide additional insight and help guide care more effectively.

Testing may be used to:
  • Identify patterns or imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms
  • Explore nutritional status or functional markers
  • Support more personalised guidance
  • Monitor progress over time where helpful

All testing is used as a guide, not a diagnosis, and is interpreted alongside clinical insight and personal experience.
