Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga sessions are more fluid and dynamic, linking movement with breath through flowing sequences. The focus is on coordination, circulation and building strength and ease through continuous movement.
Private Vinyasa sessions allow the pace and intensity to be adapted carefully, making the practice supportive rather than demanding and suited to a wide range of experience levels.
