Bay Wellness workshops offer focused, accessible sessions designed to explore specific areas of wellbeing in more depth.

Workshops are shorter, focused sessions designed to explore a specific theme or practice in a practical, accessible way. They offer space to learn, experience and ask questions, without the commitment of a full day or overnight stay.

Workshops are thoughtfully paced, supportive and conversational, creating an environment where learning feels calm, grounded and easy to integrate into everyday life.

Workshop Themes

Workshops may be offered as one-off sessions or small-group series, shaped by seasonal needs, clinical insight, and group interest. Themes may include:

  •  Meditation workshops — practical approaches to meditation, breath and nervous system regulation
  •  Seasonal support workshops — understanding how the body and mind shift across the year, with simple seasonal practices
  •  Cold water immersion workshops — safe, supported introductions to cold exposure, breath and preparation
  •  Kitchen tincture workshops — hands-on sessions exploring traditional kitchen-based preparations and everyday remedies

Additional workshops may be introduced over time, responding to seasonal rhythms and areas of interest.

A Practical, Grounded Approach

All workshops are shaped by the Bay Wellness practitioners combined clinical and experiential background. The emphasis is on clarity, understanding and realistic practices that can be applied beyond the session itself.

Rather than delivering large amounts of information, workshops focus on simple takeaways — offering tools and insight that participants can use with confidence in everyday life.

Bespoke Workshops

Alongside scheduled workshops, we also offer bespoke workshop experiences for private groups, organisations or events. These can be created around specific themes or intentions, and adapted in length, format and setting.

Bespoke workshops may be delivered as stand-alone sessions or as part of a wider retreat or wellbeing programme.

As with all Bay Wellness offerings, workshops are designed to feel calm, considered and accessible — meeting people where they are and supporting sustainable wellbeing over time.
