Our Journey

Bay Wellness was created from a shared belief that true wellbeing is not about quick fixes or rigid systems, but about thoughtful, personalised care rooted in understanding the whole person — and care that can be realistically integrated into everyday life. Our journey began in clinical practice, where years of one-to-one work revealed how often people arrive feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by information, or unsure where to begin.

At its heart, Bay Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic offering therapies that support the body’s natural capacity to restore and regulate. Each appointment is guided by careful listening and clinical expertise, allowing care to be tailored with clarity, balance and intention. Over time, this clinical foundation naturally broadened, recognising the value of stepping away from everyday demands to create space not only for treatment but also for rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Today, this approach extends beyond the clinic into personalised classes, restorative retreats and immersive experiences. Whether in a treatment room, a group setting, or a retreat environment, the ethos remains the same: calm, considered and centred on the individual — supporting meaningful, lasting change without overwhelm.

Kieron, M.Ost, PgCert

Kieron is a qualified osteopath with more than 14 years of experience helping people with movement, recovery, and physical well-being through evidence-based, hands-on care. He focuses on how the body moves, adapts, and changes over time. Kieron specializes in treating headaches, foot issues, and complex muscle and joint problems, with special skill in gait analysis. He combines careful biomechanical assessments with practical osteopathic treatments to address root causes, not just symptoms. Along with his clinical work, Kieron teaches osteopathic medicine at the Master’s level, keeping his practice up to date with the latest research. He is also trained in cold water immersion and integrates this approach where appropriate to support circulation, resilience, and nervous system regulation.

Katrina, ND, LicAc, DipN, MBEd

Katrina is a naturopath and holistic wellbeing practitioner with more than 15 years of experience helping people improve their health through natural, integrated methods. She believes the body can heal itself when given the right support and conditions. Katrina is trained in naturopathy, Chinese acupuncture, nutrition, sports and remedial massage, hot stone therapy, Indian head massage, and meditation, allowing her to draw from a broad range of therapeutic disciplines when supporting clients. Katrina tailors each session to fit the person, choosing the best methods for their health needs, lifestyle, and goals. She uses a gentle but effective approach, focusing on education, balance, and lasting well-being. Alongside private clinical practice, Katrina has designed and led restorative retreats and supported the teaching and development of practitioners in training. She now brings this experience to Bay Wellness, creating thoughtful, seasonal programs focused on care and continuous learning.
