Bay Wellness classes offer simple, supportive ways to care for the body and mind through regular practice. Available as both private and small group sessions, our classes are designed to be accessible, realistic and easy to integrate into everyday life.
Whether you’re attending a one-to-one session or joining a group, classes are guided with care, clarity and attention to individual needs. The emphasis is on creating a calm, supportive environment — without pressure or expectation — where people can learn, move and reconnect at their own pace.
Meditation classes focus on practical, accessible approaches to stillness, breath and awareness. Sessions are gently guided, offering tools to support nervous system regulation, focus and rest.
Classes may include breathwork, body awareness, visualisation and reflection, with guidance to support confidence in returning to the practice beyond the class. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
Cold-water immersion classes offer a safe and supportive way to try cold exposure in the sea. Each session covers how to prepare, breathe, enter the water gradually, and recover, with clear guidance at every step of the way.
The emphasis is on awareness and self-regulation instead of endurance, helping participants build confidence while respecting their limits. These classes support resilience, circulation and staying calm. Over time, participants learn skills they can use on their own.
Yoga classes are offered in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles, with each class focused on a clear and distinct approach.
Hatha yoga classes emphasise steady, mindful movement, attention to alignment and breath, and time to settle into each posture. These sessions are slower paced and supportive, focusing on strength, mobility and ease in the body.
Vinyasa yoga classes are more fluid and dynamic, linking movement with breath through flowing sequences. These sessions support circulation, coordination and energy, while remaining adaptable to different experience levels.
Both styles are taught with a focus on safety, clarity and individual range of movement, offering practices that feel supportive rather than demanding.
All classes are guided by the Bay Wellness practitioners and shaped by their combined clinical and experiential background. The focus is on clarity, safety and realistic practice — supporting wellbeing in a way that feels steady, informed and sustainable.
